The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a free, 24/7 U.S. hotline providing immediate, confidential support for mental health and suicide crises, with specialized help for veterans, Spanish speakers, and the LGBTQ+ community.

The Trevor Project is a nonprofit that supports LGBTQ+ youth mental health, focusing on suicide prevention through crisis intervention services like a 24/7 lifeline, text, and chat. It also provides resources, education, and advocacy to foster acceptance and safety.
Veterans Crisis Line

The Veterans Crisis Line offers confidential, 24/7 support for veterans, service members, and their families facing emotional or mental health crises. Available via phone, text, or chat, it connects users to trained responders who provide immediate help and resources. The service is free and does not require VA enrollment.
Safe Space Alliance
The Safe Space Alliance is a nonprofit that helps create safe spaces for LGBTQI+ individuals by providing an online directory of supportive locations and connecting them to global resources. It also supports the LGBTQI+ community through advocacy and partnerships with over 300 organizations worldwide.
